I have customized the Campaign entity and removed all Related items from the Information Form under the "Sales" and "Service" Groups.
The "Service" Group no longer shows after publishing the Form (hooray), but the "Sales" Group still shows - with no items listed under it.
Is there something I need to do to have both hide from view, as only one of them seemed to do this?
No changes were made to the Sitemap at all, and that's not the route I want to go - since this should be able to be accomplished simply as described above...?

There is a known issue with CRM 2011. When you remove some of the left-hand navigation links that the groups are sometimes not removed.
There is a similar bug on the Account form, for example. If you remove all the links, the Common, Marketing and Processes groups remain.
The only way to have this resolved is to raise a bug support case with Microsoft so that it gets addressed in a future hotfix.
