    I have read many posts about updating contact information. Many reference using Scribe. However, is there a way with data maps to hold specific fields for contacts static (name, email, address) while isolating dynamic data fields that can be updated. So if I am tracking which clients I see at which conferences, can I in one upload say that John Doe was at Conference B and C and Joe Smith was at Conference A and C, but not B?

    Thank you for the helps. Btw, I am using Dynamics CRM2011.

    Yes you should be able to do this. I'm more familiar with Starfish ETL and this type of thing should definitely be possible. You can do all kinds of scripting & advanced logic like this if you want.
