    Hello All

     

    Currently we Our Team have deployed CRM 3.0 in our organization. sales and services sections are working so perfectly. Currently there are about 120 users that acccess the CRM from three different Cities. they get the access to CRM over wired connections and VPN. Now our Managers want us to bring the CRM Over internet so that the sales Guys and other Related personnels can access it from anywhere through the internet.Please tell  me the step by step process to bring the CRM Over the Internet.

    The Answer would be highly appreciated......

    Dear Khizer,

     

    You can host the application as its web base application running under IIS, there are many providers who are providing hosting solution for ASP.Net, or you can get one public IP and host on that.

     

    Your users will access their system using the browser and that IP.

     

    see the implementation guide to make it Web access.

     

    If you want to use CRM 4.0  then here is tool for internet facing deployment

    OK...

    One thing is for sure that i will be needing a Public IP.But will i have to move the servers as well to ISP?

    In my organization the CRM authentication is done Via Windows Authentication..what about the Exchange and DNS server?

    what if we use a gateway and attatch the forwarding process in ISP.

    When ever the user acces the CRM over web..like give a www.crmdomainname.com it connects to the ISP and the ISP forwards the request to the Company Gateway?

     

    Need help...

    i have get the solution.well the best scenerio that suites my Organization is that we will ne to have an new gateway specifically for CRM and public IP from ISP as well.the users will interact the Isp Using the website domain name and will connect to the Isp.the isp will forward the request to the Gateway and then to our CRM server..
