HelloMandarM:
For importing the solution, either you are importing solution for first time in the organization or solution contains some custom plug-ins then user must have to be deployment administrator and db_admin role also.
Also you should add this user to prvReadReport group in SQL server.
It will work fine for sure.
Thanks

Hi,
System Administrator should have Read Privileges to reports.
Is SRS installed on this? Also can you please provide the crm traces when this error happens?
Thanks,
adi.

Hi,
Add that System admin user in Deployment Manager as deployment administrator.
Add that System admin as administator in SQL Server and SQL Reporting Server.
Check in Domain Controller whether that user having access to following groups
1. PrivUserGroup
2. SQLAccessGroup
3. ReportingGroup
4. PrivReportingGroup
Thanks & Regards, MS CRM Consultant, V.Surya.

Hello Mandar M Joshi:
From your statement, what I think the issue is with privileges. Either the person you are trying to create report do not have proper permission in database or he/ she is not a member of 'PrivReportingGroup' in CRM database.
