    Running CRM 2011 On Premise

    Ideally, I'm looking for something like this...

    A button that can be added to the outlook ribbon bar that would not only open a new case, but it would pull in data from the email. I.E:

    Email Sender would be populated into the "Contact" field of my case

    The domain name in their email address would map to their "Account" name and autofill that field

    The subject of the email would populate into the "Reported Issue" field of my case.

    Is any of this possible?  3rd Party tool?
