  good evening,

  i would like to lodge a complaint i have bee trying to access my windows live messenger account for two days now

  it is showingservice is temporarily unavalabe/you have been blocked.

  the error code is 800488fb

  i have followed every detail i have been given and no joy i would like my account unblocked now Please.

  i have even chaged my password and still cannot et into my account

  i think it is wrong that you block genuine people who are not hackers i a getting

  i last used my account on 25th september 2011 after that i was blocked it is very frustrating

  can i close my old account and sign up with a different user name
