    Yoy guys keep on sending messages as to originality of software, but no body is available to correct the problem. Just reacently I adquired, thru this channel-contact Home and student but nobody showed me how to install it. So I lost may money. (US$ 99).What I want is to migrate to new version but want it installed in my computer by one of your representatives. What do I do?

    Hello Mario J Chaves,

    Please go to the Office section of this forum http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuineoffice/threads, read the announcement "Please Run Microsoft Diagnsotic Tool First" then create a new thread and copy/paste the report from the mgadiag utility into the new thread.
