GENUINE OFFICE

Hi there. I have the popup saying my my version is not genuine. This has been happening for some months now and is driving me mad as my version IS MOST DEFINATELY GENUINE. I purchased it from Harvey Norman when I purchased the computer.
What do I do about it???? I can't reload it as the disks are in storage in New Zealand.
