windows 7 not genuine

  So i just bought this new computer about a week ago and when i did the initial first start up procedures i put the product key in that was found on the side of the computers case and it accepted it and said it was valid. now a few days later i keep getting this message saying my windows 7 isn't genuine. i've right clicked the computer in the start task bar and rentered the product key a few times so far. And each time it tells me verified. but then a few hours later i get the not genuine message again. Dunno what to do
