Locked Windows Live One Care Backup

    Does Windows Live One Care copy the operating system when a complete backup is performed? 

    So if I restore from the DVD's will I get the OS?

      One Care only backs up data files. It does not back up system files, programs, or create a system image. If you had a system failure you would have to first install the operating system and programs, then the One Care backups would restore e-mail, documents, photos, music etc.
