  What solution are you referring to? Are you talking about a Windows Live OneCare backup made on XP or Vista? If so, you can use the OneCare restore tool to restore the backup. Your Favorites are located in that backup within your User ID folder. Copy the restored Favorites folder to your Favorites folder in Windows 7.
