Windows Live OneCare Error Pop-up

dinsdag 13 juli 2010 14:10A recent problem has developed, according to the Microsoft paid technicians, with a recent Vista Home Premium Upgrade. The update apparently corrupts coding in the launching of certain Microsoft programs. Windows Live OneCare will not initiate and generates an error message saying that the program has not started. Windows Mail freezes at the sign on banner. You are unable to launch any of the restore or update applications ... they just freeze at the opening window. After spending 8 hours on the telephone with Microsoft and them having me run 3 virus/malware scans nothing was found and finally a Tech with Live OneCare said that the problem was with Vista Update. Supposed it was to be fixed and a new update available in 24 hours. Has anyone heard about this? I have tried to get on the telephone with Live OneCare and I am dying on hold.
