    Hi ,

    For some projects , users are unable to open and work with the project. When user opens the project , it is closing automatically cannot see the content.

    Hi Ram,

    Is it happening to specific project/user? Can your PWA administartor open the plan? Do you have the project filename with comma and brackets or any special characters?  There may be a file corruption ,.If so, use any working version to save to xml them re-open from xml and choose new project from the import wizard.

    Hi Ram,

    This particular scenario is called as Project Pro client crashing. There are two types, one during opening of the project, second during closing or saving the project plan.

    Application may crash when there is bad or inconsistent data fetched during this activity.

    When application is crashing do you get  pop-up window to restart application or send error to Microsoft? if yes, please click on send error Microsoft. This step will generate two type of application log one Information and Second error.  Please share both the logs.

    As per Amit’s sound advice we need to narrow down the issue by first identifying whether the issue is user\computer or project specific.

    Also would be helpful if you provide CU version of Project Server and client
