Has Anyone noticed that the Solutions Starter "Bulk Edit" gets "Stuck"?

I am attempting to use the "Solution Starter" "Bulk Edit Tool" to change a subset of our projects, and it seems to work sometimes, and at other times gets "stuck" on the selection process. Has anyone else noticed this and perhaps an explanation of how to work around it?

HI Charles,
yes we have discovered this as well. We actually took the code and amended it so that the time to select projects is reduced.
However, in the solution starter bulk edit tool the time to select projects depends on the filter criterias you choose. If you use the bulk edit tool, our recommendation is not to use too many projects at once, that generally does the trick.

Thanks, Marc... It is getting stuck on a group of eighty or so projects that I am trying to select four of. It seems stuck for however long I let it run (hours) Other times it works fine... Weird?
If I do not filter anything the whole list comes up in a few minutes, and then I can pick four and edit them, but they do not seem to update.. Does this sound like a possible configuration error? It was working fine last Thursday.
