    I've got a fresh install of WHS 2011 RTM on a physical box. When I connect using the WHS dashboard (console) it keeps "refreshing" every few seconds when ever a PC is backed-up. Reminds me of a web page that reloads on a timer to fetch progress update. This is really annoying. Anyone else experience this?

      Yes,

      On my MediaSmart EX47X I see this also. What you are looking at is in fat a remote terminal services application.
      I think the refreshing is more noticable when the server's processing power is somewhat underpowered as is with MediaSmart's.
