    My Dad has been using windows live for a few years now, no problems.  He now has an issue where his incoming mail shows the subject line but he gets no message text or pictures.  Outgoing mail is ok.  He called Verizon, his internet provider, and they fixed the problem online.  Less than 24 hours later...he ended up with the same problem.  A virus???  Any suggestions???  Thx!!!
