Vraag Error #403 when I try to publish to Blogger

    Just today, I'm getting an error #403 when I try to publish to Blogger.  Any ideas what is causing this problem or how to fix it?

    Are you trying to use a category name that has an ampersand (&) in it? If not, can you e-mail your log file to me? You can find it by going to Help | About | Show log file, and my e-mail address is joe.cheng *AT* microsoft.com. Thanks.
