Though the exams are under different names if you look at the section "Credit Towards Certification" the name of the certification is both the same on each of those pages.  The official cert name is:
    MCTS: Business Desktop Deployment

Sometimes pages are written at different times by different people.  I would always look to use the newer pages as determined by updated date at the top of the page.

the most current page in this case is : http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-624.mspx from Feb 29th, 2008 while the other pages was Oct 2007.

As .rev has pointed out, the official name is Buseinss Desktop Deployment with the BDD.  The reason that you see conflicting names for this is that the name was changed during the development lifecycle.  Resources developed during the beginning of the cycle carry one name, resources developed later carry another.

For all intents and purposes, the title really indicates the same thing.  Business Desktop Deployment simply means the methods and technologies which enable a corporation to deploy the Windows and Office platforms using the BDD solution accelerators.

The honest truth here is that the "correct" title does not matter much for these purposes, either way.
