  In Microsoft Fix It Solution Center, I cannot  download any fixes without getting an error message saying "troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occurred."

  I also am having the same experience.  Microsoft, do you read these comments???  Why is this happening, and what are YOU doing about it?
