Have tried the key several times. Have tried to go into the details section in network connections in LiveOne but it won't let me that far. I reset the router. I don't think I can put the Live One software on the MAC. I just want to let her use our Wi-FI that Liv One care is managing???
If you reset the router correctly there is no longer any security and the Mac should connect.
