  Hi,

  Did you check your specific project plan for blank rows? If not open your project plan and remove the blank rowes. Then republish the plan. Then retry to edit the project in Project Web App.

  Agreed with Robin, PWA doesn't support editing a project having blank Task row. though the MS project scheduling engine supports it but as a good practice, We should avoid having the blank task rows.

  Typically, PMs add blank lines in the plan to improve readability.

  A better approach, is to modify the text style of the summary tasks in your Project templates. I usually set the background to the lightest gray so that there is a nice visual break.

  Look at the Highlight a Category of Cells section.

  Hi , 

  is there any task of type Fixed work in the project ? if yes this is the reason those tasks are not supported
