Can I deploy an app that uses v4 CTP or the samples?

In my spare time I'm trying to put together an application that would share SQL Azure data between a web app running on Azure and a WP7 app. I'd already started building my own syncing mechanism when I discovered the SyncFx v4 CTP... hurray!
While I'm dissappointed that it's release will be delayed, I understand you have resource constraints like everybody else. I'd be fine with moving forward using the CTP, but after reading this thread I'm not sure whether I could legally deploy the app to Azure and submit the WP7 app to the marketplace using CTP components.
What can I do and not do with the CTP and/or the soon-to-be-released samples? I don't expect my app to be ready for market until Q4... I don't mind waiting a bit, but I don't want to code myself into a corner.
