Outlook calander 2003 not printing in colour. (not a printer issue)

  I have a VP at my company who can no longer print his calanader in colour.

  He has a windows 200 machine with 1G ram.

  When you print review you can see the the calanader in all its colour.

  when he does print his calanader some of the colour appear, whilest most do not.

  I've checked the settings in outlook and everything appears to be ok. (ie its not set to grey scale).

   

  His Pa who also has a windows 200 machine and 1G ram,  can print his calanader in colour for him with no issue.

   

  They both print to the same colour printer,  using the same print drive.  I have removed and reinstalled the print driver.

   

  Can any one tell me how to resolve this issue please?
