When scheduling a LiveMeeting using the Conferencing Add-In for Outlook and accessing the address book to pick recipients, the list contains mail-enabled objects. Not all of them are necessarily sip-enabled. So it is possible to send a LiveMeeting invitation to someone who is not sip-enabled and consequently cannot join.

Is it possible to customize the Conferencing Add-In for Outlook in such a way that only sip-enabled objects show up in the address list if a LiveMeeting is scheduled?

    Thanks,

    Stephan

About the LiveMeeting, you can invitation anyone to join a conference, and the guy just need to install liveneeting program, but on your server~you need to "allow users to invite anonymous participants" and get a public certificate~

and you can invite any external user to join your meeting...

don't think about only show sip-enable objects in gal....
