Locked Conferencing Add-in for Outlook still does not appear

    Hey folks,

     

    We have a few workstations where the Outlook Conferencing add-in buttons do not appear in the toolbar.

     

    These workstations have Outlook 2007 with SP1.  I've checked in relation to KB article "How to Enable the Conferencing Add-in for Outlook" (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940782) but this did not apply as it was effectively already enabled.

     

    Has anyone else encountered this behavior and have a fix for it?
