Trusted PC issues

  Hi,

  Im trying to add a pc to my trusted PCs on my live account. The computer that was used as a trusted pc is no longer available.

  When I reset my security info and click on add a trusted PC, it tells me I need to have windows live essentials installed. I have installed this (which by the way I have no need for except messenger but thats a another discussion) but to no avial, it still says I need to install live essentails!

  Can someone tellme how I can add my new PC to the trusted pc list in leiue of the above info?
