    The problem appears to be a 'trust' problem, causing Windows to think that system files have been tampered.
    We've not had a lot of success troubleshooting this problem here.
    It seems to often result from a virus infection - and there's no point in troubleshooting it unless you are certain that the infection is cleared.
     
    I suggest that you post in the Windows Answers forums for better advice on that -
     
    PA Bear, in particular, is experienced with this problem and should be able to help.
    Once they are happy that your infection is clear, if you still have validation problems, please feel free to  come back  for further assistance (if I haven't already picked up your thread there)
