Bloqueado IE & Outlook not working

    After the July 11th Update I can no longer use IE and Outlook does not seem to receive email.   I have cleared temporary internet folders, and I have reset internet settings to no avail.   I have since uninstalled live mesh and I still could not use Internet Explorer.  Firefox worked fine but Opera said it could no longer access its proxy.   After turning off the proxy in Opera and turning off use proxy settings on Lan in IE now everything works.   Hopefully this will help others, but still cannot receive email.   Please advise if this is a "feature" or a bug before I reinstall mesh.  Thank you.

      Uh, could you tell us what operating system and service pack level you're running? Which version of Outlook and IE? I've had no trouble on a Vista SP1 system and two Windows XP SP3 systems, with Outlook 2007 and IE7.

      Were those proxy settings there BEFORE you'd done the update?
