    Can setting up meeting on the Conferencing server/s be controlled and if so how?

    e.g.

    Can initiation of meetings be set up by certain groups?

    Can you control who can join a meeting

    Who controls access to set up LiveMeeting.

     

    Or if someone can point me to the right direction.

      Jay,

       

      The Meetings tab in the forest-level Global properties contains the default policies for conferencing settings.  You can assign policies globally or on a per-user basis and control many settings related to creating meetings and sharing information.

        Yes seems right. But can you also set permissions on a security group instead of a per user basis?
