Bloqueado Name displayed in Contacts List

    I have noticed in the OCS client that some users are displayed Lastname, Firstname and others are displayed Firstname Lastname.  This seems to vary by client install? 

    Can someone lend me some insight as to how this is controlled, and how I can update it?

      Chip,

       

      Are some of the contacts from different sources?  One example is maybe AD displayNames appear Lastname, Firstname in the Global Addres List, but some personal Outlook Contacts have Firstname Lastname in the Display As field.
