    Hi,

     

    I have deployed OCS 2007 with Communicator 2007 client. The problems is that we can't create a new group. That option is disabled. I  have checked everything OCS 2007 manager I can't find any setting that permits that option. On the search enigens also can't find a thing.

     

    Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

      The Create New Group option will be grayed-out in Communicator if you are in any view other than Contact List.  You cannot add new 'groups' when in Access Levels, Access Levels Management or Tagged Contacts views.
