    Hi Experts, 

    i can not longer distribute a phone call activity in my Organisation although i still have the admin Roles. 

    Please have a look at the screenshots and the error log file error. What's  the problem. Everything used to work fine even still last week friday.

    The campaign activity has been properly created , with the name of the owner ... etc

    Exception Message: The ownerid can not be set NULL althogh i set the owner before i clicked on distribute? why i MS no longer able to retrieve the ownerif

    HI,

                    Could you check if there is not any plugin or workflow associate to the phone call activity that might be clearing the owner field?
