Cannot Delete Workflow: CRM Error States it is Associated With Another Record (CRM 4 Rollup 21)

I have two workflows that I need to delete but I cannot. When I try to delete the workflows I get the following error:
The record cannot be deleted because it is associated with another record.
I looked and deleted any associated records by as suggested in this post:

But I still get the same error. There is nothing in the logs regarding this as well. Is there another way to see what records are related?

You should run this SQL Script http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968520/en-us
After this try to delete your workflow again

If you havn´t done yet you could create a troubleshooting view for system jobs like workflows http://mrhodes.net/2009/03/19/troubleshooting-crm-4-0-system-jobs-8/ (still works in CRM 2011) and check if there´re related items to your workflows.
