my office xp can't update any add-on component??

  It appears you have an OEM version of Microsoft Office XP Professional with Frontpage installed.  That version is a one-time license for installation on the very first computer it was installed and activated on and cannot be transferred or used on a different computer.  In order to resolve your problem, you'll need to uninstall this version, then go out and purchase a new copy of Microsoft Office and install it.

  Hi Daydu,

  You will not be able to download add-on components for Office at this time.  The product key used to install Office is a blocked VLK (volume license key).  You will need to reinstall your copy of Office with the product key was provided with the Microsoft Office product.

  Once you do this you should be fine.
