Cannot Validate from Thailand

I am in charge of an office of about 10 computers that were purchased from DELL in 2002 and all have legitimate lisences for Windows XP. I wanted to test out the new Windows Defender and IE7B2, but am unable to validate the copy of Windows. When directed to the WGA page:
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/th/windows/default.mspx
I proceed to 'Validate Now' (the button) and get, as a result:
This page is all in Thai Script with NO ENGLISH OPTION, so I have no idea of how to proceed.
I am frustrated as these are all legitimate copies of Windows XP and, I feel, this should not be so difficult to validate.
Any help would be VASTLY appreciated.

DCin:
Looking at that link, it looks like you are using a Volume License Key. Please correct me if I am wrong, but did you purchase this VLK directly through Dell?
If so, I would recommend contacting your local Dell reseller to alleviate this problem.
If you did not purchase your licenses through Dell, you may have been a victim of software piracy, as (most of the time), the Volume License Keys are used for larger organizations. In this case, I recommend contacting the local support team in Thailand to report piracy and seek a solution.
