Genuine? Validation?

domingo, 14 de maio de 2006 19:18I've had XP for years now, and I just got this thing on my taskbar saying I may have a counterfeit software. However, I know for a fact that this software was purchased legally and everything. This is so confusing. I have product keys and certificates of authenticity. What do I do with all of this stuff? I have no idea what's going on or what to do.

Ziox:
It appears your Windows and Office both are not genuine.
If you have high quality counterfeit media, I would suggest submitting a counterfeit report (click "see all options" below the buy-now button) - which may qualify you for a FREE genuine copy of Windows.

segunda-feira, 15 de maio de 2006 18:09what if it is genuine? how do i check? what are my options?
the choices they give me assume that i have counterfeit media, but i'm very sure that i don't. i may have counterfeit office. maybe. but not windows.
what do i do? why did this happen after so many years of having xp?
