    I recently installed windows 7, explorer 9 and restored Money 2002.  Everything worked fine for about a month.  Now I get a message "DownloadTxns file couldn't be downloaded" when I try to download from my banks.  Does anyone know what is causing this?

    Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

    Is that the actual error message verbatum?

    Can you save the file to your computer rather than directly opening with Money?

    What does the title bar of the window with that message say?

    Good to hear it's working now. The default setting for that option was changed between IE8 and IE9 I think. Furthermore, it sets the default even if you do an "upgrade" from an existing IE8 version. I got caught with it (outside of Money) as soon as I went to IE9.

    I was using  a 64 bit explorer.  thanks for your interest.  the problem has been solved per ashley.
