    Hi.  I often get an error that starts with "Could not create the Direct 3D device. hr=...."  Closing other explorer windows or restarting or trying a different panorama or other things (not sure) eventually get it going again. So it's not that I dont have the right software installed, as sometimes it works fine and sometimes its stubborn.  Any ideas?

    This is a known issue that we have fixed for the next version of HDView.  Unfortunately it is taking us a bit longer than expected to get the next version finished and delivered.  You're only the third person (but second today) to report this so our thinking it not getting a fix out ASAP was that the issue wasn't widespread.
