Bloqueado 64-bit Vista software update

    When I put the 64-bit Vista software DVD in my computer it brings up an error message that tells me to boot the disc from the installed media.  How do I do that.

      I believe, though, that the message means to insert the Vista DVD while running XP as you have an upgrade DVD, so it cannot be used to boot the PC and install to a bare drive.
