Bloqueado windows live onecare defrag

    When I use the OneCare tuneup the defrag does not run. It says I have a lot of fragmentation on my C:\ drive. I run the defrag (I am using Vista OS) in Windows it says I do not need to defrag. My Question is "Why is OneCare not running the defrag? Thank you for any help you can give me.
