Hello,
I'm very new to MPP, I'm currently reading MPP 2007 for dummies but seem to have missed how the following is handled:
I have a task for the gathering of Business Requirements which will require approx. 10 days work. The 'Business Experts' required for the interview process are only available on Tuesdays and Fridays -- what is the best way to manage this:
a. Create resources which specific to the Business Requirements and set their working days to Tuesdays and Fridays only.
b. Create a specific Calendar for Business Requirements and assign to the task
c. Another way....
Not sure if this the correct forum for these types of questions, but any assistance much appreciated.
Thanks, Clay

Clay --My assumption would be that the Business Experts work full-time, Monday through Friday, but are only available to conduct interviews on Tuesdays and Fridays. Based on this assumption, I would create a custom calendar called something like Interviews. On this calendar I would set the working schedule to show only Tuesdays and Fridays as working days, and then assign this calendar as a Task calendar on the tasks in question. Hope this helps.Dale A.
