There is not enough memory to complete this operation when trying to close the Project Professional

When trying to close the project file (Project Professional 2010) instance some users receive the error(see figure) complaining about insufficient memory. But looking at the Windows Task Manager (same screen shot), we do not see any performance issue.
We are on Sp1 with Dec 2011 CU. The box accessing the project professional has 3 GB so no memory issue. No sure what is causing this error.

Obviously that shouldn't happen. No idea what's causing it, so is this a file created by Project 2010 or 2007? If 2007 or earlier, it's best to have that version updated to latest SP before opening in 2010.
If this isn't the problem, what memory do PCs not having this problem have?
Is the file on a network? If so, might there be network problems?Rod Gill

Hi Rod,
This is a file created in Project Professional 2010 and both server and client are patched upto December 2011 CU patch. Some of them have as low as 2 gigs on Windows XP.
Thanks

Hi srituraj,
Try to set you cache a bit higher...By default it is set to 50 MB; I set it to at least 1000MB. (File/Options/Save/Cache size limit...)
BTW: are you working with a 32 or a 64-bit MSP?

Hi srituraj,
The problem is likely to be in cache size as Wim says. Also I faced such kind of error messages trying to enter invalid data into resource calendar, e.g. work week name that exceeds 127 symbols.
Hope this will help.

Hi Win,
It is a 32 bit MSP. I will try this option.
Thanks
