Are individual files "flagged" by SyncToy 2.1?

I had to reinstall Windows Vista in my computer. Before performing the reinstallation, I copied all my personal files to an external hardisk. Once I reinstalled Windows Vista, I copied back my files from the external harddisk to my computer. Everything worked fine. Now to the issue I have.
Before the incident that motivated the reinstallation, I used SyncToy 2.1 to back up all my files regularly. Since I would like to continue using SyncToy 2.1, I want to reinstall it in my computer. Before doing it, I would like to be sure that each of my personal files were not "flagged" by SyncToy 2.1 before the reinstallation, in a way that will prevent or affect the synchronization to be performed by a reinstalled SyncToy 2.1. I would be grateful for any information/guidance/suggestion in that regard.
Many thanks in anticipation,
José Luis

You should see a file with a name similar to SyncToy_0a5f09dd-103f-4822-ae98-860057323032.dat (the number should be different) delete these files, re-setup the pair (which will generate a new dat file for the new pair) and everything should work fine.
