Unanswered WHS 2011 Permissions problem/issue on shares and home group

    Is situation still the same re home groups screwing up permissions access to WHS 2011 shares.  If so, will simply removing server from home group restore permissions (even though that seems to screw up the concept of a home group)?  Last posts I read were earlier in 2011, but am having this problem on new installation of WHS 2011.

    HomeGroup permissions override individual WHS share permissions - if you don't want that, just remove your Server from the HomeGroup.
