Low resolution option for netbooks, why is it in PP3 if a patch is available through Windows Update ?

It's the same update. It's common for MS to release an update, then include the same update in a Service Pack/Power Pack. It just means that if you didn't have it before PP3, you will get it with PP3.- Sugerido como Resposta kariya21MVP, Moderator sábado, 18 de julho de 2009 18:49

Do we know when we'll get a Console w/o scrollbars on a netbook? -

I still see annoying horizontal and vertical scrollbars in the lower frame in the WHS console. This feature was originally added in hotfix KB963032 in May09 and has just been rolled into PP3. The feature also takes up an additional terminal server instance to other WHS consoles at larger resolutions - this means tham I'm sometimes refused further RDP/console connections due to already having 2 sessions open.
Also the graphic on the login page is distorted to fit onto the smaller screen, and looks horrible.
To me this appears to be just lazy programming. When is it likely to be improved, or do I just avoid using the console on my netbook altogether?
