Each time I upload a new video file to my media folder it loads and displays within the directory correctly, but from the remote access view it is not recognized within the "Videos" folder until I do a restart...
Any ideas?

Hi,
what do you restart - the browser, the client or the server? Which version of WHS?
I just tried to follow your description on WHS 2011 and found, that if I browse video folder via web interface and then remove a video from the listed folder via Remote Desktop and try to access that video folder via Browse Videos again, I get a media library error: An error has occurred on the server. Please try again later. If the error continues, view Support Information for help.
Seems there is a bug involved. Restarting the browser or even logging on from another PC didn't help, so I assume you relate to reboot of the server. But even worse, after rebooting the server I still cannot browse the video folder from Web interface.
Best greetings from Germany
