    Hi,

I need to install extra application on ccsv2 but don't know how to do that. In ccsv1 I can copy a folder from headnode to compute nodes if I put the folder under RemoteInstall\Setup\English\Images\WINDOWS\$OEM$\$1 and run install command by adding command in the [GuiRunOnce] section in the ristrd.sif file. Does anybody knows how to do it on ccsv2?

    Thanks

    Jesse

    Hi Jesse,

There are several ways to do this...  but the one that's built-into the V2 product is to add a "post-deploy" step to the "node template".   Using the Admin console, select the node template (perhaps the default one).   Find the 'Edit Template' option and you'll see the facility for adding such post-deployment commands.

    See examples at http://edge.technet.com/tags/hpc.

Thanks for using Windows HPC Server 2008.
