Lezárt Not receiving Instant messaging when online

    While online and available my contacts don't see me in their contact lists eventhough they have accepted me and therefore they can not send me instant messages. if online we cannot chat, messages take long and they work as if both  were offline, please help me, this has only happened with some of my contacts not all of them?
