  • Your computer is using a loader to emulate SLP OEM activation.

    1. If you purchased the computer with Windows 7 installed then you were misled as to what the computer was and what OS it was licensed to use, check the COA sticker on the bottom of the or side of the computer and let us know what version is listed (DO NOT POST THE ACTUALL NUMBER, just the version). We can tell you how to proceed.
    2. If you purchased the Windows product and installed it yourself then the you purchased a pirated "preactivated" disk.
    3. If you paid someone to install windows then take the computer back to them and make them fix it or get your money back.

If you were taken advantage of under any circumstances consider getting a refund, if you like the computer and want to keep it you will need to purchase windows yourself, you can go to www.microsoft.com/genuine, attempt to validate, then follow the links provided to purchase a full version, retail license at a reduced cost.
