MCP certificate download

3 martie 2011 07:22I cleared the Microsoft.Net framework 3.5, ASP.NET application developement examination i.e. 70-562 examination.Now, when I log into my account and click on the order/download certificate tab it is redirecting itself back to the home page and when I had a telephonic conversation with microsoft cusatmer care, I came to learn that the one I appeared for is not a certificate targetted examination and that only the transcript is available for download. Would you please explain it further.

If you want a MCTS certificate on ASP.NET 3.5 development, you need to pass two exams: 70-536 and 70-562. Since you only passed one of them, you cannot download the certificate.
On the other hand, your Transcript always shows all the exams that you have passed, therefore it will list your 70-562, even if this exam by itself is not enough for a certification.

even i have the same problem .Can you please guide me with what all steps u followed after writing 70-562 exam?

Your best choice would probably be to take exam 70-536. This one, along with 70-562 which you already took, will combine to give you the MCTS certification on ASP.NET 3.5. Or perhaps you may prefer to take 70-515, which will give you (all by itself) an MCTS on ASP.NET 4.0.
